4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies with reasonable notice. Cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited retainer. Full policies are detailed in the session agreement provided at booking.

5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through contact forms or bookings will be used solely for communication with you and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

6. Image Usage
By booking a session, clients grant Misty Westebbe Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients retain the right to request specific images remain private.

This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., online galleries or vendors). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

8. Limitation of Liability
Misty Westebbe Photography is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or participation in a photography session, beyond the total amount paid for the session.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Williamson County, TN.
